Refund policy

ABGEEN POLICY:

Validity: Within 14 working days of the delivery date, any product bought from www.abgeen.com may be replaced without asking if it is damaged, the wrong size, or an erroneous item.

Only items that are unused, unwashed, have all of their tags still on them, and are in their original packaging are eligible for exchange. Due to photographic lighting sources or your device's settings, the actual item's colors may differ slightly; consequently, products are not returnable for this reason. Unless specified in the product description, any extra fabric, stitching, style, accessories, or embellishments used during picture shoots will not be included with the purchase. These trade claims will not be accepted.

If your Exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a Exchange will not be accepted.
